Our Living Room Lectures
We offer free lectures presented by our staff once each month, usually on a Wednesday evening. We provide a relaxed and warm environment in which our attendees can learn from our therapists, ask questions and engage in conversation about topics relevant to mental health, wellness, and family management. We conduct these lectures in the upstairs "living room" of our beautiful 115 year old Victorian dwelling to create a relaxed and inviting ambiance. These lectures are open to clients in our practice and the general public; space is limited so an RSVP is required! WOMEN'S MINDFULNESS AND INTEGRATIVE WELL BEING GROUP

$75 / Session (can be submitted for insurance reimbursement with out of network benefits)
This is an open ended group for women seeking to lead healthier emotional, physical and spiritual lives. We teach meditation, yoga, nutrition, philosophy, and weekly examine how to lead a more evolved life characterized by gratitude, openness, inner peace, forgiveness and self-care!
MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS TALK AND LISTEN GROUP: Grades 6-9

This is a fun and helpful group for girls in grades 6 though 9. Topics to be addressed will include friendships, school pressure, navigating teen life, family, anxiety, self-esteem, and more!
