Having received a Masterʼs Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University in 1991, Jill Pantaleo, LCSW, has focused her professional career on helping children,adolescents and adults though an integrative treatment perspective. With advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing), and reiki, Ms. Pantaleo utilizes a mind-body integrative approach to provide compassionate care and assist her clients in reaching their personal goals.

Ms. Pantaleo provides individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy and counseling, as well as life, parenting, wellness, and peak-performance coaching. She has worked as a clinical social worker and psychotherapist in the Bergen County / New York metropolitan area for 20 years. Prior to working as a psychotherapist in private practice, Ms. Pantaleo was employed as a clinical social worker at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York City, in the pediatric AIDS/HIV program and at The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, New Jersey, in their adolescent outpatient mental health program.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Pantaleo has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and seminars, including the National Association of Social Workers (NASW-NJ) annual conferences since 1992. Additionally, Ms. Pantaleo has been a guest of WEVD Radioʼs “The Single Parent Show”, where she spoke on the topic of divorce and children. She was also highlighted in a feature article in The Bergen Record on self-injurious behavior and adolescent girls. Ms. Pantaleo has been an adjunct professor in the Department of Social Sciences at St. Thomas Aquinas College and an instructor for UMDNJʼs Technical Assistance Center. Prior to entering the field of social work, Ms. Pantaleo earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and worked as a professional artist and musician.



orlandoSuzanne E. Orlando, LCSW

Suzanne Orlando, LCSW, received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University in 2004, and her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Ramapo College in 2000. She focuses her professional practice at Jill A. Pantaleo, LCSW and Associates on the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with educational, behavioral and emotional challenges. She is particularly experienced in working with children and families requiring educational interventions including school refusal, out of district placements, harassment, intimidation and “bullying.” Additionally, Suzanne has extensive experience treating individuals with general mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, self-injury and other common life hindering conditions.

Suzanne’s treatment approach involves utilizing a family systems perspective, and the foundations of her clinical success are based on the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship to foster growth and individual development.



badawiSuzanne M. Badawi, LCSW

Suzanne Badawi, LCSW received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at New York University in 2006. Since then, she has worked with a variety of age groups and life challenges. She is well versed in the treatment of co-dependency and, specifically, working with families impacted by addiction and individuals in recovery. In addition to her role at Jill A. Pantaleo and Associates, she is currently an assessment specialist for High Focus Centers in Paramus, New Jersey. Previously, Suzanne was a crisis intervention screener for the psychiatry department at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Additionally, she was on staff at Bergen Regional Medical Center in the partial hospital program working with mentally ill chemically addicted individuals and has worked with individuals struggling with treatment refractory schizophrenia at New York Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, New York. Suzanne is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Problem Solving Therapy.

In addition to her experiences as a psychotherapist, Suzanne received her Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education. With her dual certification, she spent five years teaching grades K-8 in both urban and suburban settings. Suzanne also worked for a medical weight loss company where she gained specific insight into food addiction, nutrition and weight management. With her eclectic background, Suzanne has chosen to dedicate her professional efforts to the overall well being of others. She has a broad knowledge base in treating addictions, with a particular interest in food addiction, weight management and wellness. She is a firm believer in the mind, body and soul connection.



VictoriaVictoria A. Coppolecchia, LCSW

Victoria Coppolecchia, LCSW,  received her Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University in 2008. Victoria is committed to helping individuals identify and realize  their aspirations and personal, professional, and relationship goals. Taking  an integrative, strengths-based approach to working with her clients, Victoria's clinical specialties include treating individuals with self esteem, identity and trust issues, self-injurious and suicidal behaviors, relationship problems, anxiety and depression, and general adult and adolescent issues.

In addition to working as a therapist at Jill A. Pantaleo, LCSW  and Associates, Victoria is the senior clinician at The ZONE (Bergen Family Center's School Based Youth Services Program) where she works with high-risk adolescents. Victoria has also worked as a case manager at Bergen's Promise, assessing and addressing the needs of at-risk children and families. She has also worked with adults placed in residential group home settings through Care Plus NJ.

In 2011, Victoria presented on the psychological effects of cyber bullying at the YWCA of Bergen County's Rape Crisis Center's annual conference. Additionally, she helped implement and facilitate self-esteem focused groups at the Bergen Family Center's First Annual Teen Conference at the Kaplen's JCC in Tenafly, NJ.

Victoria's diverse professional experiences and clinical perspectives provide the foundation for an effective and personal therapeutic approach. This treatment approach is based on the belief that successful therapy is the result of a trusting, honest and safe relationship between client and therapist in which personal aspirations are clearly defined and obstacles and past conflicts are addressed in a respectful and compassionate manner.
